Kosaka Smelting & Refining is the core company of the Dowa Group, and produces nearly 20 different kinds of valuable metals. (e.g. gold, silver, copper, lead, bismuth, selenium, tellurium, indium, gallium, antimony, platinum, rhodium, palladium, zinc, gypsum, tin, nickel) On a global scale, such a wide variety of products is quite rare.

In addition to variety, we also exceed our competitors in the combinations of products we offer. The Kosaka Smelting & Refining is an extremely rare company -- and definitely the only company in Japan -- that has the capability to produce both copper and lead at a single plant. It is such outstanding technologies that enable us to set a high goal.
